ExCEL Fitness Center access is available to:

• Terrell ISD Residents ages 50+
• Full-Time TISD Staff and their spouses
• Full-Time City of Terrell Employees

The process to obtain membership and gain access to the facilities are linked for each group in the steps below.

Notes:

Community Members (50+) must reside within Terrell ISD Boundaries to qualify for membership.​ 

*Not all "Terrell" addresses will qualify*

"Auto-Renewal" for memberships is in effect as of 2026.  Members who registered in 2026 will NOT need to complete any additional registrations.
