- Weekday games scheduled between 5 PM & 9 PM
- Weekend games scheduled between 8 AM & 9 PM

PROGRAM INFORMATION
The ExCEL Youth Basketball League is typically offered during the Spring seasons (March - May).
Each season has 8 guaranteed games.
Divisions are assigned according to grade level. Teams and/or players may play up to an older division,
however teams and/or players may not play down to a younger division.
*DIVISIONS ARE BASED ON PLAYER'S CURRENT GRADE LEVEL - 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR*

Kindergarten - 8th Grade
- Based on player's current grade level
Kindergarten & 1st Grade Co-Ed (Player Development Program)
6ft - 8ft goals
Co-Ed Teams (boys & girls)
Ball Size 28.5
Court Size: 74' x 44'
Games & Practices are scheduled together
5:30pm - 6:45pm when scheduled on Weeknights (Monday - Friday)
Between 8:30am - 4:30pm when scheduled on Saturdays.
First 30 minutes are used for practice followed by a 30 minute game (2 x 15min halves)
2nd Grade Co-Ed

3rd - 5th Grade Girls

League Fees
Terrell Residents:
- Regular Registration: $75+ fees
Non-Residents:
- Regular Registration: $105+ fees
Equipment
- Must wear basketball shoes on court
- All other equipment (balls, cones, pennies) are provided
Practices
- Based on availability, ExCEL League teams may be provided weekly practice time during the season (Monday-Friday)
- *ExCEL will not allocate practice times for teams who are not participating in the current season.
